Whoop! It’s BUDGET WEEK! How exciting!

No? Not feeling it? Not excited to see how our hard-earned taxes are going to be divvied up, then misappropriated for important stuff like shopping trips, investments in nail salons and home improvements for the ruling party cadres?

Well, at least the majority of our taxes are being used on essentials like electricity generation, clean water supply, functioning roads… oh no, wait. That’s Namibia.

South Africa has an insurmountable opportunity but it will never ne met if we has the people won't fight for it.

When the reality that we are loosing more money than we are making finally sinks in it will be too late, and South Africa and the future of its people will be lost to darkness.

With a promise of no stage 6 loadshedding I can't help but feel the sword of Damocles hanging above our heads. We are being plunged further and further into darkness and it is all thanks to the failed entity that is Eskom and thanks to our governing party who continuously fails their citizens.

The BELA Bill is a means to control the youth and what they learn. It takes the power away from School Governing bodies, and places all the power in the hands of the government, from language to curriculum to all the financial decisions being made for the school, teachers and the children.
