LTA were at the Junction with Mr Griff. This band just keeps getting better and better - infectious energy and stella performances all round. Great mix of favourite tunes and new material. really nice to see the venue packed with enthusiastic fans too... 😀

We've been blessed with finding a few absolutely golden trades folk / suppliers during our build and Danial at D&E is right at the top of that list... I'm passionate about small local business's being recognised for quality and service... If you need windows and doors Danial is literally your man -😁

With all the building going on I thought I aught to mix a song - really missing it so enjoyed doing this one. Zane Carney is one of many artists to record with Telefunken in the US. They kindly make most of what's recorded available as individual wav files. Easy to download for those wanting practice with mixing different styles. - Enjoy :-)

Apologies its not Saturday but just catching up with some bits and pieces - I know I ramble sometimes (i'm trying to get better, so I need the practice) - but uploading here is a way of making a record of the studio build 'journey'... if one person finds it interesting and or amusing then its worthwhile ;-)

Some pics of the studio now with the front fully framed out all ready for the red cedar vertical cladding. Like many things time spent getting everything prepared - plumbed and level especially around the doors and windows will make cladding quicker and make a quality job easier to achieve... Also a couple of pics of the fab autumn colours in the garden... Makes a great view from the inside too... 😊

Another major milestone on our build -
We poured the concrete slab this weekend, thanks to Alex, Jason & Nick and Scott running the Pump truck, great work chaps and an awesome finished slab.
(Slab is the sub floor and wall foundation in one, its on top of 21, 5 metre deep piles and over a tonne of steel work... )
