We would like to let you know that as promised, we have found an alternative to our problem. We’ve decided to do live videos on Facebook, instead of a YouTube video whilst we’re still experiencing technical problems on that department,
discussing the topics we would be discussing if we were to do a video for YouTube. We want to keep Real Conversations going, growing and we certainly looking forward to interacting with you guys.
With this on the table, we are therefore having our first of many lives on Saturday, 27th November at 3pm-4pm live on Facebook on this very platform.

Hey Real fam

I hope everyone is well. First and foremost, thank you so much for the support you’ve been giving us, we immensely appreciate it .

To be honest with you guys, we’ve been encountering numerous problems - personal and technical problems, mostly technical, which led us to not post as often as we promised to. We have decided to let you know so that we cannot be deemed as people with empty promises because we’ve been promising to post but nothing comes out.

The major problem is that we either struggle to save videos after editing them because we use our phones to do everything or struggle to upload a video due to unforeseen problems. At one point, we had to delete an original video to save an edited one because of storage problems, which ended up messing the edited video because the original was nolonger there, it was heartbreaking.

We are also sad to announce that one of our co-host Ziggy Afikile Gontsi, will no longer be with us due to personal reasons. However, you will get to see her on your screens when the time is right.

With this all being said, we have decided to take a break from the podcast to try and work on the problems we keep encountering. We very much promise to be back as soon as we can and bring you nothing but the best.

We’re shooting our first episode on Saturday and like we’ve mentioned that this talk show is for us and you guys. Therefore, we would like to hear your perspectives on the topic that we’ve decided to tackle. Knowing that this is a cliché topic and almost all of you beautiful people might have something to say, hence why we’ve decided to start with it.
So the topic says:
Do you think people should come out (as LGBTIQ+) or not and why?
We will also be talking about our coming out stories so if you have one, please do share. Even if you don’t, just tell us how your parents or your closest people got to find out that you’re not straight.

NB: We would like to read your responses and stories in our video, so if you’re not comfortable with us reading your story, please specify.
