This week marks 40 years since Stock Aitken and Waterman had their first top ten single! They produced Hazell Dean's Whatever I do (Wherever I go), which made it into the top 10 this week in 1984.

They went on to be one of the most prolific music producers of the 80s and 90s, working with artists such as Rick Astley and Princess.
