Does counting sheep work?
It can work!
This sleep exercise focuses the mind, helping you to unwind. Then, as your thoughts begin to slow, you will gradually start to feel yourself in a relaxed state before drifting off into a peaceful night's sleep.
You can have lots of fun with this one! Imagining sheep wearing hats or unusual costumes. Perhaps there are dogs jumping the fence or even raptors?
