This week we took a trip to Disney California Adventure to say goodbye to our beloved “The Red Car Trolley”.

We are bummed to know it will be permanently closed on February 8th, 2025 but we are excited for what’s to come!

The trolley is a popular attraction that took passengers through Buena Vista Street and Hollywood Land. It will close to make way for the expansion of Avengers Campus.

Whose house!!?? Rams house!! That’s right baby! Rams are on to the next round after a dominating win.

It was awesome seeing all of the LA love and support as our team fought to victory and game LA something to cheer for after so much these last couple of days.

Love how the city has rallied behind them and how much love the fire department got during the game.

On to the next game and hopefully another victory we can cheer on our team to.

Feliz Día de Los Reyes Magos! January 6 we honor the Three Wise Men. This holiday represents the day the Three Wise Men gave gifts to Jesus Christ, and this day closes the Christmas festivities!

During Día de Los Reyes Magos, Mexicans serve Rosca de Reyes, or King’s Cake (see last picture). “Rosca” means wreath and “reyes” means kings. The Rosca de Reyes has an oval shape to symbolize a crown and has a small doll inside, which represents baby Jesus. The doll figure symbolizes the hiding of the infant Jesus from King Herod’s troops. Traditionally, roscas are adorned with dried candied fruits to symbolize the many jewels that a crown would have. The person who gets the slice with the doll must host a party on Día de la Candelaria in February.

A tradition for the kids on this day is to leave your shoes by the Christmas tree and The Three Wise Men will bring you presents. 👟 👞 🎁

It’s been a tradition of ours to visit California Adventures annually as we love that DCA Celebrates this wonderful celebration! Did anyone have Rosca? If so, did you get the baby?
