It’s been years since I last cooked Tortang Talong using Longaniza. I’m glad had this again for Saturday Breakfast. I also made sure I had Crispy Dried Fish on the side. My breafast matched well with a Cup of White Chocolate and Strawberry Coffee. What a wonderful Saturday morning. Happy Weekend Everyone 🤩

Habhab a.k.a. Pancit Lucban. It’s my first time to try this traditional type of pancit originating from the Quezon province, made of dried flour noodles, which are known as miki Lucban. I was looking for calamansi and toyo but I was told that it is best paired with vinegar. True enough, I loved the taste. Good morning 😀

I was pleasantly surprised to find my Saturday morning to be open. It’s been a while since I’ve had a lazy Saturday morning. So today I cooked one of my go-to Filipino Classics for breakfast- One-Pan Corned Beef with Eggs. I like my corned beef sautéed in Fresh Tomatoes and Onions. The tomatoes provide the acidity and make the dish more juicy and tasty. I also added some herbs and spices to give it a different but refreshingly rich aroma and flavor. As always, I love it eating it with Garlic Fried Rice and of course, my favorite blend of Italian Roasted Coffee. Happy Saturday Everyone 😃😊😉

I craved for pancakes while watching a series on TV last night. So Japanese Pancakes with Sausages it is. Instead of the usual syrup, I tried it with Muscovado and then with Honey. Great with a Hot Cup of Melozio. Happy Saturday Everyone!
