Calling all people who are colourblind! I want to meet you and give you the gift of colour! I’m based in Northern Ireland, if you are too, then get in touch!

Next month is International Colourblindness Awareness Month and I’ve partnered up with to generate awareness for colour blindness and its effects.

I want you to try out the Enchroma glasses! Entirely for free! PLUS: everyone I meet to try the glasses will go into a draw to WIN a pair of Enchroma colourblind sunglasses!

- Must NOT wear or need prescription glasses for other vision issues besides reading or driving (wearing contact lenses is fine).

JOIN THE RAF AIR CADETS! Don’t think, just do it - thank me later! What a day today visiting 13 AEF at the Royal Air Force ! I am blown away by the opportunities available for these incredible young people. The flying is of course amazing, but there’s so much more to it as well! If you’ve a young person in your family who you think might enjoy getting out, building life skills, plus doing some flying (for free!) - sign them up ASAP!

Please DM me if you need any help in reaching out to your local Squadron. I’d be happy to help ensure that people can achieve the opportunity to where possible!

Thank you everyone who tuned in this week! It was the best week ever! We loved filming it, the crazy thing is nothing is scripted - what you saw was what we were really like - all just chatting a load of rubbish most the time!

I’ve been full of surprises apparently, but the best is still yet to come (in my opinion anyway!) It’s the final day of this week’s in Belfast! You can always rely on a week in Belfast to be chaos - it’s been amazing!

3 points of clarification - no those were not my school shoes,… I’m not 12…, and yes - I’ve NEVER had cheesecake!

Have you spotted me on Come Dine With Me this week? What a week it has been so far!

This experience was the most crazy experience I’ve ever done. It was exhausting but incredible! My group I was in was chaos, you might have realised that from the show! We bonded really well it the conversations were flowing! So much that we talked about didn’t make the TV of course!

What an incredible day as part of my AlphaPilot course training. The competencies that this course has taught be are beyond anything I could ever imagined possible, especially as someone who medically can’t become an airline pilot.

A fantastic day in the full motion flight simulator at where this sort of flying is their expertise! Thank you for having me - you’ve no idea how much it means to fly here!

I’m not normally a big military aircraft fan - but RIAT 2024 was a fantastic experience! I’ll definitely go again. I’m keen to go to Farnborough Airshow again too and see more civilian aviation. If you were at RIAT this year I hope you had a fantastic time. It was also awesome to get to meet lots of you who came to say hi!
