🚨 Zillow’s NEW Rule: What It Means for FSBO Sellers & Local Buyers 🏡
Big change just dropped. Zillow now requires any home marketed to the public, even a yard sign or Facebook post, to appear on the MLS within one business day.
This aligns with the NAR Clear Cooperation Policy, created to stop hidden or “pocket” listings and ensure every buyer gets fair access to every available home.
