Malmöfestivalen began with a bang and the returning band 'The Ark', performing to a packed Stortorget, Malmö.

We have been walking around this amazing festival, through the streets and squares of the city to capture a whole host of activities which will sadly come to a close this coming Friday!

Thankfully, we still have a few more days of entertainment before the blues begin, but here's a recap of some artists we've had the chance of capturing this past weekend!

"Even though the songs’ style was classic, the lyrics made them feel very fresh. The subjects were powerful, making me emotional multiple times.
"I truly enjoyed the contrast the style and lyrics created. Without the lyrics, the songs could have been on a soundtrack for a movie or series set in the early 1900s (think Interview with the Vampire).
But then the lyrics would be about feminism, Aileen Wuornos, and paying enough for s*x workers. Surely not topics sung about 100 years ago."
