Huy! Halika, pakinggan mo muna kami! Come join Nykie, Sherise, Hermione & Agatha on the first episode of After School Society! For pilot, they will be discussing academic burnout and how it makes the increasingly onerous academic responsibilities worse than ever. It is important that we recognise when we're experiencing burnout and the various ways we can deal with it. We'll be discussing our first hand experiences with academic burnout and how we personally coped; talking about these things and releasing some of the stress and pressure is always helpful!
