'Faculty Members Embark on Spiritual Journey Fostering Unity and Spiritual Enrichment'

Amidst the bustling corridors of academia, where the pursuit of knowledge often takes precedence, a group of dedicated educators of Surigao Diocesesan School System where the Mt. Carmel School of Siargao, Inc. is affiliated at recently took a meaningful pause.

Gathered for a Faculty Annual Retreat, they embarked on a journey of spiritual reflection and renewal that transcended textbooks and classrooms. This unique initiative not only enriched their personal lives but also promised to bring a deeper sense of purpose and connection to their roles as mentors and guides. As the doors opened to a day of introspection, unity, and shared growth, these educators found themselves on a path less traveled—a path that led to the nurturing of both hearts and minds.

Del Carmen, Siargao has been the venue of various big events in the island where its top spot is located at the Numancia Central Elementary School (NCES) oval with wide hectare best for any outdoor events.

Now, SDSSlympics 2023 will dome the venue as 7 diocesan schools representing their municipality will quest, unite and participate.
