Here is my recipe
Paneer on skewers (Oven, Bbq, airfryed , tawa)
Fresh paneer
1 Onion, medium sized
Pepper red or green
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp Lemon juice
1/4 tsp Black pepper, powder
1/2 tsp Chaat masala powder
1 tsp Garam masala, powder
1 Salt
1/4 tsp Turmeric, powder
1 tsp Red chilli
1tsp roasted cumin
1tsp roasted and crushed coriander
2Tbsp gram flour
1 tbsp Mustard oil
Just merinate paneer with above ingredients and grill it...

Nutty oats cookies...
—Betty Crocker choclate buttercream Icing ...2Tbsp
( if you do t want to use icing you can use
Coconut oil....2Tbsp
Honey or maple syrup..,,2Tbsp)
—3/4 cup....oats
—-1/2 cup mixed nuts( I’ve used almonds, pumpkin seeds, pistachio, raisens)
—-choclate chips..optional
Mix everything up.. shape a flat cookie with the help of cookie cutter,
Bake At 180’c for 8-10 mins
Let the cookies cool compleatly befor removing them from the baking sheet..

Zucchini brownies
Ingredients
* 1/4 cup solid coconut oil
* 3/4 cup granulated sugar
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 3 large eggs
* 1 1/2 cups finely shredded zucchini
* 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
* 2/3 cup dark cocoa powder
* 1/2 cup all purpose flour
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 2-3 Tablespoons dark chocolate chips (optional, I forgot to put them in mine🤪)
* coarse sea salt, for garnish if desired
Instructions
* Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8x8 square pan with nonstick baking spray.
* Mix the coconut oil and sugar together. Add the vanilla, eggs, and shredded zucchini and mix again.
* Stir in the cinnamon, cocoa, flour, baking powder, and salt until a brownie batter forms.
* Spread the batter in the prepared pan. Sprinkle the top with dark chocolate chips.
* Bake for 28-30 minutes. Remove and cool.
* Cut into squares and sprinkle with coarse sea salt, if desired. Store in a tightly sealed container.

Today I had so much fun in the kitchen with A super talented blogger Salmina @thiscakeisdesi
As you know that the idea is to give you 2 meal ideas in 30 mins..
I was cooking
1- Grilled chicken steak
2- Buttered vegetable
3-Spinich dip
4-Choclate pudding cake ..
In my kitchen here in Abu Dhabi
And
Salmina was cooking
1- Spinich cream soup
2-Baked chicken sandwich
3-Garden salad with walnut and feta
In her kitchen in Melbourne
We had lots of fun plz hop on to my stories to see our adventure in the kitchen

Grilled chicken steak...
Chicken..hammered
Mayonnaise ..1/2 cup
Zaatar....2Tbsp
Garlic powder..1tsp
Onion powder..1tsp
Mix everything, coat the chicken and grill it....
Buttered vegetable
Butter....2-3 Tbsp
Fresh garlic chopped....2Tbsp
Fresh thyme and rosemary
Frozen vegetable of your choice(I took mushrooms, peas, carrots, beans and corn)
Fresh vegetable cut into cubes( I used onion and peppers)
Brown the butter add garlic and thyme and rosemary ... add frozen vegetable and let them cook.. add cubes vegetable and stir fry..
Enjoy....

The idea is to give you 2 meal ideas in 30 mins..
I was cooking
1-white chicken karahi
2- green spiced alu(potato)
3- cucumber raita
4-Tawa roti..
In my kitchen here in Abu Dhabi
And
Fatima was cooking
1- Pan fried kebabs
2-basmati pilaf with raisins
3-pomegranate and tomato salad
4-caramelized figs with yogurt

Recipies
Quick chicken white karahi
Boneless chicken.. cut into cubes,500g
Oil......4Tbsp
Ginger garlic paste..2tsp
Shan karahi masala...4-6Tbsp(depending on your taste)
Yogurt...4 Tbsp
Cream...2-3 Tbsp
Ginger and green chillies to sprinkle
Heat oil add ginger garlic paste, add chicken and fry till chicken change it’s color
Add Shan karahi masala any yogurt fry till chicken is cooked
Add cream, ginger and green chillies
Serve
Green spiced potato
Potato .. 2-3 medium cut into small cubes
Oil..3Tbsp
Cumin...1 tsp
Garlic paste..11/2 tsp
Whole red chillies 3-4
Salt..to taste
Coriander 1/2 cup
Green chillies ..2-3
Heat oil, fry cumin, garlic and whole red chillies.
Add potato and keep frying for 7 -10 mins until potatoes has slightly brown in color .
Blend coriander and green chillies with little water to make paste..
Add salt and green paste to the potato, mix, cover and cook until potatoes are cooked..

When ever you want to diet or let’s say eat healthy(which I’m trying), it’s a good idea to fill your fridge with vegetables and aim to finish them in 5-7 days....
This is exactly what I do!!
Today I’m sharing power bowl salad which has a combination of veg and seeds and using chicken as protein .
You need
Cabbage
Carrot
Pomegranate
Peach
Beetroot
Lime
Cucumber
Pepper
Chicken( roasted, boiled)
Pumpkin and sunflower seeds
For dressing I’ve used thousand island dressing.@americangarden

For the dressing..
. • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
* 1 teaspoon sesame oil
* 1 1/2 tablespoons peanut butter
* 1 teaspoon honey
* 1 teaspoon of low sodium soy sauce
* 1 teaspoon of chili paste or sweet chilli sauce
* 🥬🥒🥒 vegetable
* 2 cucumbers, spiralized
* 2 carrots, spiralized
* 2 tablespoons coriander
Salt, pepper and sesame seeds according to your taste..
