Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) offers simple but powerful tools that can transform how we handle challenges, relationships, and even our own emotions. One of these is the skill of being effective.

In DBT, being effective means doing what actually works, even when it’s uncomfortable or not what you feel like doing in the moment.

đź’ˇ Imagine approaching challenges, emotions, or relationships with this mindset. It can be life-changing.

🎙️ Listen to the latest episode of Lady in the Couch to learn how to put this skill into practice and start seeing real results.

Being effective isn’t about what feels good, convenient, or satisfying in the moment.

It’s about choosing actions that actually get you closer to your goals, improve your relationships, and help you navigate life’s challenges.

Effectiveness is a practice, not a one-time fix. Start small, notice the results, and keep building the skill.

For more practical tips on being effective, listen to the latest podcast of Lady in the Couch Ep. 67: Being Effective – The DBT Way!
