In memory of those who were tragically murdered 25 years ago. Kevin and I visited New York’s World Trade in 2022 but didn’t feel emotionally ready to visit the museum or go up in One World Trade.
However, when we met up with our friends Louise and Bob Eccles, in April of this year, we felt ready to pay our respects. It was a terrifying and somber experience. Terrifying being on the 102 floor of One World and looking out of the windows like the poor souls who lost their lives and somber in the incredibly well curated museum.
We also visited the Flight 93 Memorial. We feel these brave souls who willingly gave their lives to save hundreds more are sometimes forgotten in the memorials.
