I wonder why some Nigerians are rejoicing that his de@th is a justice for them. His children and grandchildren will enjoy throughout life. Why are you all jubilating? Preaident Buhari’s Body Has Arrived in Nigeria
Former President Muhammadu Buhari passed away in London on Sunday, July 13, 2025, at age 82.

His body was repatriated on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, arriving in Abuja and then being flown to Katsina State, where President Bola Tinubu, Vice President Kashim Shettima, family members, and other dignitaries received it at Umaru Musa Yar’Adua Airport after arriving in Katsina, the remains were transported to Daura, Buhari’s hometown, for final burial rites in accordance with Islamic tradition.

He is scheduled to be buried at his residence before sunset today, July 15, 2025, marking a state funeral and a public holiday declared by President Tinubu.

President Tinubu has ordered flags to fly at half-mast for seven days and declared a week of national mourning.
