Before you watch, I’d like you to ask yourself, “Are we too divided to coexist as a country?”

My friend and I spent a month and a half traveling to 4 swing states in America up until Election Day.

The idea was to encourage millennials and Gen Z to vote while seeing for ourselves if we are as divided as we are made to think.

How can we coexist with people who believe differently?

Our new friends along the trip showed us some of the most authentic parts of their cities and shed light on what we normally don’t get to see.

Millennials and Gen Z hold 51% of the voting population.

It is up to us to shape what our future looks like.

Around the U.S., millions of people in low-income, violent, and drug-ridden communities are forced into life where survival is a daily struggle.

After speaking to Philly residents, we learned that many people had no interest in voting due to the immediate obstacles ahead of them.

When your government, surroundings, and finances are against you, why would voting matter to you?

When you feel like your voice isn't being heard, it's synonymous with screaming into the abyss hoping to someday be heard.

Fortunately, we spoke to someone who is working hard to change the perpetual cycle of what it means to be in the "hood".
