Dark Donphan **Please View Photos and Read Description**

Hello Everyone! This is a card from my personal collection. Meaning I pulled it from a pack or a tin myself, many, many years ago. I also never played the card TCG. I collected cards for their artwork and with the intention of completing sets.

This means for many of cards I collected they were pulled from their packs, sleeved, and put into a binder for storage. Many of the cards I have are in NM condition. However this one I found some damage on when taking photos.

***Please Look at Photos***
As you can see there is slight edgewear on the back back bottom. I always like pointing it out in just so everyone knows. That is typically, and if that was everything I think this card could qualify as NM.
-However a rarity in my collection- If you look at the front of the card, and highlighted in its own photo, is some bubbling issue of the yellow border. I can not tell if it is from either a moisture control issue or a printing fault from the factory. This is the first card I have seen this on in my own collection. That is the only issue I am seeing on the front. Even though this card might stiff fall under the TCG Player NM category, I can not in good conscience call it that. That is why I bumped it down to LP and am writing down in detail the damages. I do not want this cards next home to instantly be disappointed in it.
