UPDATE: EXTENDED INDEFINITE HIATUS

I was supposed to surprise everyone by going live last night to announce the news about my health and to say hi but my body didn't cooperate so I guess I'll just have to post it here.

I am diagnosed with cancer, and will need immediate surgery tomorrow. I'll be stuck in the hospital again for a while but rest assured that I'm really focusing on recovering soon... I'm so sorry for not being able to be active anytime soon but I look forward seeing you all again in my future streams. Love you all my Ube Family. 💜

Hello! Admin Ref-kun here! 💜

Almost all of Kiyu's Live Videos have expired so I did my best to save what I can save and upload on her YT Channel so people can still view them whenever possible. Some expired so they're lost in oblivion but oh well!

Kiyu thanks everybody for your messages, she's gonna get admitted to the hospital again tomorrow for her biopsy so let's hope for the best that the tumor is nothing serious! We hope to see you soon when she gets better so please stay with us!

Since I'm waiting for the last part of my CP clearance in the hospital (they required me to fast it's been 7 hrs. I am hungry craiii), I kinda checked my YT channel and old videos just now.

It's been 4 months since I first sang a song for my followers to celebrate my 100 subs in YT! 💜

I hope to sing and talk to everyone again soon.

For the meantime, I'll have an admin update the YT channel with FB streams that are about to be deleted so everyone can still check out the videos:

All I can say right now is a lot of you have been supportive and it's super overwhelming. I've lost followers over time due to inactivity but I am still super thankful for those who made time to still interact with me during one of my darkest times. Even when I have nothing to offer, you're here. I love you. Please stay safe and always smile.

If I get better, I'll try to stream again even just to say hi. Let's hope for the best! 💜

By now, some may already know who I am but at this point wherein I have a tumor and it could be cancer I think it's the least of my worries...

Anyway for transparency, the FB stars you sent me over the past few months I have been streaming had been added to my funds for medical bills like my CT scan, blood tests and xray. I know I promised it's an upgrade for Ref-kun but right now I really needed the funds to get treatment. :'( I'm so sorry. :(

But please know that if you are one of the people who sent in stars, liked my stream, shared my stream, interacted with me during the 4 months I've been a vtuber, please know that I love you. And that I'll always love you and the memories we made together when I was still Oborizuki Yume. 💜

It's better if you don't mention my real name at all but yeah, I could graduate in peace knowing that whatever community I am in, I am very loved. I love you all 💜 Please still love me as who I am. 💔

Update:

Currently, Kiyu is taking a break from vtubing and all related activities until further notice. She'll try to go live one more time on Saturday night to update everyone on her current plans. She'll also announce the giveaway on Saturday so the winner can receive the prizes soon.

Her health hasn't improved over the months and she'll try to focus on getting better for the meantime. That's all for now. She thanks everyone for the support given to her so far and wishes everyone well.
