I remember going to my first connect group last year in March, We got to the end of connect where we can mention our prayer requests and then we’d all pray together and for each other.

I really wanted a job, ( the job I have now), I didn’t apply anywhere else, I was like that job or nothing!

Everyone was like, Thomas has a grace for jobs. I laughed about it, I said bro, let me touch the hem of your garment,teasingly.

I had applied for my current job in Nov/Dec the previous year and I didn’t apply anywhere else.

I had done my research and I knew exactly where I wanted to be.

I heard nothing back. It was after THAT connect that the next week I got feedback after waiting for 3 months.

Now I’m here, almost a year into my job, exhausted. Trying to find my balance but with a sense of gratitude of what I means to be covered by prayer.

Living in Zambia you know that getting jobs is an extreme sport.

I couldn’t be more grateful.

Today I host my own connect group and I’m part of an amazing family

Y’all seen it, that It’s “Connect Week” Status.

Connect is a pretty much where we come together and we connect with each other through praise, worship and the word.

I host in Ibex, for anyone looking to reconnect with God or that’s already connected.

Why am I a Connect leader?

I’ve been vulnerable on the internet a few times and a lot of people have reached out to me and honestly the only way I thought I could assist is by giving you access to what helped me.

My life has changed, tremendously since I reconnected with God.

There’s just something so profound about knowing God in your adulthood.

People are like oooh suddenly people are finding God again, the question is why aren’t you? We’ve grown,We’ve endured, We’ve had our life experiences without him. Now imagine life with him.

If I was a Dr, I’d prescribe Jesus to my patients x medication.

I’m sorry you’ve been hurt and experienced pain but you’ve started healing and you found God again, he’s got you!

It’s been getting better and it’ll continue to get better, challenges are like seasons, it’s in passing, the storms have settled and the sun has come out, enjoy it so much that even when it rains you’ll have eyes to see a rainbow.
