Congressman Coco Yap in His Program in the Second District of Southern Leyte.

The program led by Congressman Coco Yap of the Second District of the Province of Southern Leyte was successfully conducted with the aim of extending assistance and support to various sectors in the community.
During the activity, Congressman Yap emphasized his commitment to helping drivers, fishermen, farmers, and underprivileged families who are greatly affected by the continuous increase in fuel prices and the rising cost of basic commodities.
The initiative highlighted the importance of providing timely aid and sustainable support to ease the burden of these vulnerable groups.
In addition, he expressed strong support for legislative measures, including the establishment of a Regional Medical Center, which is envisioned to provide accessible and affordable healthcare services, particularly for indigent constituents.
He also shared updates regarding hospitalization assistance programs available through accredited facilities in Ormoc and Cebu, which constituents can currently access.
