I've been having those bad thoughts buzzing around my head lately zapping the energy out of me..

Really bad intrusive thoughts seeping through, feelings of self harm, sui*c*de and more creeping in- on top of an already low self esteem which I've always struggled with combined with imposter syndrome feeling not good enough: despite the good I bring or do, what I have accomplished I never feel I deserve the praise and yeah, someone can or could say," it's all in your head or it's not true". But it's how I feel/what I'm feeling.

As an empath I am extremely sensitive to other people's emotions etc which can then be taken on internally as my own which can be very bad

LGBTQ people in the UK face higher rates of domestic violence and abuse than the general population. According to recent research from Stonewall, one in three trans people have experienced domestic abuse from a family member or a partner in the last year. This is a shocking statistic and one that requires our attention and action as a society.

It is important to recognise that these figures are higher for LGBTQ people due to systemic discrimination and prejudice which can make them more vulnerable to abuse.

Children were forced to take part in witchcraft and seances, and were sexually assaulted while members of a satanic child abuse ring watched, a court has heard.

Eleven people are standing trial at Glasgow High Court, accused of a string of crimes, with a number facing r**e and sexual assault charges, while five are accused of attempted murder.

Iain Owens, 45, Elaine Lannery, 39, Lesley Williams, 41, Paul Brannan, 41, Marianne Gallagher, 38, Scott Forbes, 50, Barry Watson, 47, Mark Carr, 49, Richard Gachagan, 45, Leona Laing, 50, and John Clark, 46, deny all the charges, involving four children.

All eleven are accused of forcing children to participate in seances and use an ouija board or similar object to “call on spirits and demons”, at various addresses in the Glasgow area.

The children were also allegedly made to participate in classes involving witchcraft, spells and wands which made them believe that they had “metamorphosed into animals”, court documents show.

One girl was chased by people wearing devil masks, hung by her clothing from a nail on the wall, shut in a microwave, an oven, a fridge, a freezer and cupboards, the court heard.

Owens, Lannery, Williams, Brannan, Clark are also charged with attempting to murder the girl, who was also allegedly made to act like a dog and eat dog food.

cisgender sportswoman , who takes part in competitive powerlifting, is using her TikTok to reveal the constant attacks she faces from anti-trans trolls on her gender identity.

burritos_and_adhd, whose real name is Laura, has more than 400,000 followers and 10.4 million likes on the platform, where she documents her sport.
But her videos have been constantly criticised by trolls who have accused her of being a man and “cheating” the system.
In January, a report, commissioned by the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport, found trans women have no advantage over cisgender women when competing in elite sport, if existing rules are followed.
The report concluded that trans women who have begun testosterone suppression have no clear biological advantage.
Responding to the “transphobia” she receives from people who misgender her and try to “affirm” her gender, Laura said that there isn’t a strict binary that bodies fall into.

My quick thought:

These people are so indoctrinated in their transphobic beliefs that they are stupid and will attack anyone who they think are trans.
