There are times when we fail to seize the moment, and most times we didn't even realize we missed it. Those are the most fleeting moments in life. My point is to simply say do not let time pass you by, the clock never stops so don't hesitate to act. I am sure then is a moment somewhere that you can be capturing.

We may not understand yet but the placebo is base on how the application affects the mental. Meaning if it does not affect your mind it is not a successful placebo. I placebo is not just a water pill or sugar pill.

Action must not be taken without thought. However nor can you wait too long to act either. Action is fickle you must be able to balance and you must know the right time to act. If you keep missing the basic opportunities presented to you how do you ever make it to the big chances. Sometimes we are in our own way simply because we will not take the risk. Be bold, be brave, exude wisdom, and take the risk family.

Your actions hold power if you know how to unlock it. Innerstand that the key to the power behind your action is intention. If you can manage to have you actions match your actions you are starting to unlock that power. Your energy towards things is another way to look at it. Too often we fail to realize when we are do something that appeals to negative intentions. So in order to truly tame your action you must always be aware of the intention behind you action. As you notice the deeds that don't apply to your thoughts start removing the unwanted.

This is just something light nothing too heavy. Just something to make you think about they way we are living and why. Is this advance society where we consume the Earth and its life faster than we have have before. So fast in fact a lot of places sell fake food because it is cheaper or faster, don't always have the time to wait for the real stuff. My question to you is this is this new society where we no longer have to work the land to live a gift or curse?

Change a form of fear that can be extremely detrimental thus the reason we must work on purging ourselves of any kind of fear. Now of course this is a process I expect no one to become completely fearless over night and you shouldn't expect that from yourselves either. I am just saying that there are many fears that we can look into purging from ourselves, and many of them are quite subtle. For example the fear of change some of us probably don't even consider this a fear probably thinking "If I don't want to change I don't want to change." Fine that is cool if you feel that way just do one favor and think about this... Have you been in the same routine for years with no grow or have have you thought about changing something for years without doing so. These are just two examples of those who may suffer the fear of change fear of the unknown. Too many of us stay exactly where we are at just because of fear this can cause extreme detriment to ones health. Please don't ignore the signs we are here to grow and growth requires change so be ready when for when you see signs that its is time to change you must be ready to act.

Let's talk about how easy it is or isn't to achieve true tranquility. Often we allow the world around us to control how true calm or comfortable we are from day to day. Is that the fault of the world or your lack of control over your own mind. Reaching a state of peace should be like flipping a switch just that easy. It isn't for a lot of people though why is that what makes calming oneself so difficult. Maybe it has something to do with the bad habits we picked up to attempt to calm down like drinking, smoking, eating, shopping, etc. These are the things most people use to trying and escape the world. It doesn't work that way though 1 most of those activities become destructive over time. 2 A lot of these activities lead to an even further lost of control. The best way to achieve that peace we all want is to search for it within yourself.

Today for wisdom Wednesday we talk resistance seems to be quite familiar to some and a small group has the secret. Avoiding the effects of this man made world is possible first we must understand one simple thing. The resistance is not specific to you it is just a symptom of the way the world is. The way to beat it is to change your frame of mind. Do not acknowledge the resistance once you realize it was manufactured to be a distraction. To distract you from thinking thoughts of victory. Success should always be on the mind success at whatever you attempt. Think of it this way if the resistance was never manufactured then we would never have a reason to believe we would not succeed.

Just a reminder that sometimes you need to take a break have a little fun ground yourself get your head back right. We all know that non stop grind can be strenuous at times. Every good business man knows when it is time to calm his or her self. Too often we get so caught up in the non stop grind that we do not think to take the time to heal ourselves recharge and dive back in. Instead we keep going until eventually we run out of gas we but money and success before our health too often. We need to take more time to heal our mind and body and see how it helps you to improve more often than usual.
