Well folks, we've been quiet for quite a while, but that's because life is absolutely crazy at the moment. We do have some news, however. Our co-host and great friend, Cole Smith, will be leaving the show to continue focusing on his amazing new podcast, "Sandman Does Podcasts," as well as remaining a truly amazing coach at SandMan Boxing System!

We wish him all the best, all the love, and thank him for the last three years! We will remain to continue picking up content and will be live next week!
