You know what's underrated?
Letting people be. Letting them mispronounce a word, talk too much about a show they love, or get excited about something you don't understand.
You don't have to get it, just be kind.
Everyone's got something that lights them up. Let them shine, even if it's not your thing.

Risk is always better than regret.
When you take a risk, you give yourself a chance to grow, win, or learn. But with regret, you're left with endless "what ifs" and missed opportunities. At least with risk, you'll know you tried. Don't let fear stop you-bet on yourself.

Not to offend or burst anyone's bubble, but if you can't manage your kids in public and their behavior disturbs others, please avoid bringing them to public places.
Also, stop using the "bata pa kasi yan" excuse - good parenting and proper guidance show in how your kids behave.

A provider man doesn't only mean financially. It's a man that provides a sense of safety, stability, leadership, reliability. He reminds you that you're protected in a uncomfortable environment. He invests in your serenity. It's not about the money.

Did you see, Ma and Pa?

BE WITH THE RIGHT CIRCLE OF FRIENDS. be with people who make you feel safe and at peace. Choose friends who don't judge you on your bad days, who remind you of your worth, and who encourage you to grow. Stay close to those who respect your boundaries and bring out the best in you.

I romanticize the idea of disappearing.
There's a strange kind of peace in starting over somewhere no one expects anything from you. Not your past self, not your family, not your old classmates who still think you're the same person from ten years ago.
Just waking up in a quiet town, grocery shopping like it's a ritual, walking home with sunlight on your face, not needley to explain your silence to anyone.

I grew up having to work hard for the things I wanted. So if you see me romanticizing my life, know that I deserve it. None of it came from begging, stealing, or taking advantage of others - it all came from hard work.

People who grew up in broken, dysfunctional homes don't have big dreams. They dream of stability.
A home that feels safe, quiet, and warm. Of waking up and knowing no one is going to leave.
Their biggest' wish isn't luxury, it's peace and consistency.
A love that doesn't punish, abandon, or destroy.
