MANA MOTUHAKE ⚫️⚪️🔴

A fundraising event centred around kotahitanga (collective action) and Māori excellence. Mana Motuhake celebrates Māori self-determination, while amplifying the kaupapa (purpose) of Toitu Te Tiriti . While the NZ government tries to undermine Te Tiriti, undo the work of tīpuna and tauiwi tautoko before us, erase Tino Rangatiratanga and just straight up challenge Māori’s entire existence, OUR intention is to create a safe space for Tangata whenua and tangata Tiriti in Naarm to celebrate togetherness, empower indigenous resistance, learn about and uphold te Tiriti, and acknowledge that action does not end with the submissions! ka whawhai tonu matou; the fight continues.

Expect live performances from (Nō Tāmaki Makarau) and , with Māori and Aōtearoa born sound selectas to curate the vibes:
