Never let your story, culture, language, and spirit be compromised or stolen by others who simply want to infiltrate it and harvest its energy to control the narrative, monetize it, and whitewash it for their own benefit. People steal things because they don't believe they have any talent or way they can survive or contribute, so they must take from others.

- Be kind
- Be a problem solver, not problem starter
- Honor & respect those that raised & taught you - "You didn't get where you are alone"
- Act as one community for change to happen
- Don't project your internal struggles & insecurities onto others
- Be the change you want
- Be the person you want others to be for you
- Don't apply rules to people, unless you are willing to follow them
- Honor our ancestors, because where would we all be without them?
- Ask more direct questions, assume less
- Learn your true history
- Heal & work on self, because "what life gives us - it gives us"
- Face struggles with conviction as generations did before us
- TALK to people - TEXT less
- Focus on your own path and blessings
- Leave the gossip in the trash, or you will get taken out with it
- Be honest with yourself - look in the mirror
- Maintain a healthy mental state - Therapy works wonders
- Stay on a high frequency - no one is perfect
- Surround yourself with people who have knowledge & wisdom
- Talk to your elders and ask questions more
- Remove negative energy and unblock your blessings
- Meditate in silence more
- Recognize negative intentions
- Consistently check your behavior & way of thinking - we should all be mentally growing, not regressing
- Dream BIG and don't stop
- Stay open to learning
- Make your actions count - in a good way
- Be a better communicator
