Let’s talk about mental health
Coming to the end of 2025 and this is what iv learned and want to teach others
I might be a business owner but I’m a mom and human like everyone else . I make mistakes , I get overwhelmed , I get burnt out , and I struggle with all the pressure and responsibilities on my shoulders .
These books have helped me through the year . I had my first anxiety attacks this year and I’m a control freak and there was times I lost control. Anxious for nothing by Max Lucado https://a.co/d/hq0iV1u gets me through everytime .
God plays a huge role into my business. Hes the reason it started hes the purpose i found in this and the drive and motivation i have to keep going . With him i have gained so much confidence and faith in this business .
Iv learned to treat people the way god treated people and to give back . I can guarantee this is the main reason my business thrives and I learned that by read The Christ centered company by Darren shearer . https://a.co/d/28Go1H5 I also bought the bible promises fo entrepreneurs book because it showed me scripture made for business owners to understand how this all comes to play in my life . I had no clue there was so many connections in the bible I could relate to being a business owner !
Last but not least I had joined a small group with my church for special needs mommas and Held by Lee and Sandra Peoples https://a.co/d/7yM95gl really helped me connect with other mommas who struggle just like me and I found that support system . I was so mad when god brought autism into my life it turned my whole world upside down but I found beauty in it so fast within my church my support group and also my buisness . I started meeting more and more mommas through my church and my business this year that truly made me understand how many mommas with special needs babies I reach through my buisness . This year I helped so many babies who need medical help and understand their struggles and was able to fundraise more this year then I ever have . And there will always be a special place in my heart for what I do now and for my son . God gave him to me for a reason and I have found those reasons within my business .
I’m not the best at praying or talking to god but I’m good at expressing my thoughts on social media . And it can be seen as a negative thing and have so many haters hate on it but I have also found the beauty in what social media can do for me as well . So here I have a prayer journal at the top but also find myself sitting here on social media spreading his words and hoping I can connect to the 20k followers god has given me in just a Few months .
