Your words matter too!
In this day and age, reviews are even more important than product descriptions. I mean, think about it. When you go to order something new online, whether it's a shirt or a book or a kitchen appliance, what do you look at? The reviews! You want to make sure that other users found it to be pleasing, you want your questions to be answered, you want to know that what you're getting is worth the money you spend on it.
This is DEFINITELY true of books! The behind-the-scenes in the book industry involves a LOT of "We need to boost reviews on this" and "Do you think you can get that title to 100 reviews by this date?" Reviews feed algorithms. Reviews also feed READERS.
