Sorbae Sunday is a weekly event that Ricky hosts with his crew being P-Kuttah, Nelisa, and Matty. P-Kuttah and Ricky are the resident DJs, Nelisa is their incredible hostess "You might recognize her from Big Brother Titans", said Ricky. and Matty captures all the action as their photographer and videographer.

Every Sunday from 4 PM, they transform A Streetbar Named Desire into a vibrant party space. Their music lineup is diverse, featuring the best in hip-hop and R&B, with a splash of house and afro beats. "We've been fortunate to host some of the top DJs from around the country and even internationally, making every week a unique experience", said Ricky.

The name Sorbae Sunday comes from their fun theme: each week, the party revolves around a different popsicle flavour. the last Sunday of every month is their "What's Your Flavour" party, where they offer a variety of the past month's flavour for anyone who missed out.

Given the winter season, they've switched from popsicles to hot alcoholic beverages. Last week, they've served Irish coffee, and this coming week its buttered rum. this little twist keeps things fresh and exciting, no matter the season.

The purpose behind Sorbae Sunday is to create a space where people can come together, enjoy great music, and experience something a little different each week. It's all about community, fun, and celebrating the diverse flavours of life.
