What is the first thing you knew you manifested? Like you genuinely knew you'd done something magical, and you had that KNOWING that what you wanted was about to show up?

I share my first blow-my-mind manifestation above, which also happens to be the story of the first time I traveled ANYWHERE.

I got my first tarot deck almost 15 years ago, and in all that time, I’ve learned - nothing! Despite being instantly enamored, my interests soon shifted to other things like energy healing, meditation, and visualization. Although I’m glad I pursued these things fully, my interest in tarot has always stayed in the back of my mind.

When my friend .amour mentioned she was learning tarot, I felt that spark of passion to learn this mystical art return. She had bought these really cool stickers for reference and was kind enough to give me some to learn and play with also.

I am only just beginning this journey, but I’m excited to fulfill this decades long desire. I’m starting with the card I pulled for today - the Page of Swords (which is a card about learning!). And I’ll keep going until I’ve gone through all the cards.

Taking a moment to pause, breathe, and tune into how you’re feeling can make a big difference. I used to try to power through each day, never asking myself what I was feeling in each moment. When I began tuning into myself more, I realized that what I was doing was a form of self-dismissal. I didn’t see myself as worthy of listening to or paying attention to, and so I didn’t. Learning how to see myself as valuable and worthy, in all moments, is an ongoing process. But it’s getting better.

So let’s practice some self-love and self-care together, right now. Put your hands on your heart. Close your eyes. Breathe. What do you feel? What is your inner self whispering to you?

I just started this book by , and I love how uplifting it is. I’ll be reading it today as I sip my espresso and enjoy this beautiful spring weather. If you’re currently working on your money mindset and manifesting more abundance, add this book to your list!

I’m having one of those days were the little things are REALLY bothering me. I’m also having one of those days were I don’t want to do anything about it. At least not right now. I just want to be in my feels and drink my lavender chai.

I know that my thoughts are mine to choose. And I know I can choose a new thought at anytime, which would lead to new and better feelings. But I also know that there is no such thing as a bad feeling. Feelings are our guidance system. Trying to rush into positive and happy feelings often skips over the healing, awareness, and growth that’s trying to come through.

Sometimes, what we need most is to just feel HEARD. To know there is space for all our feelings in this world, and that all our feelings are valid. Being with the heavy feelings can be very healing in itself, especially if you often had to mask or hide your feelings growing up.

So I’m having one of those days. And I’m letting it be okay. Im letting myself feel all my feelings, and knowing they are all valid and important.

And if nothing else, I have my lavender chai ☕️❤️

As a former creative kid (turned creative adult!) this set means so much to me. Representation absolutely matters. When you see yourself represented, you are reminded that your existence is valued. You know you’re allowed to take up space. You know you are seen, for your real true self. To be truly seen is an integral part of the human experience.

We all deserve to be seen and valued for who we really are, and not just the self we contort to fit into society’s boxes.

Always remember that you are worthy and you are loved. You were created as you by the creator of the UNIVERSE. You exist because you are an integral part of this cosmic masterpiece. You were put here like a star in the sky because YOU, exactly as you are, were needed.

When anxiety hits, it can feel as if you no longer exist and there are only these overwhelming feelings of intense fear and stress. It can feel as if you’ve been crowded out of your own life, and there isn’t even room to breathe.

I want you to know that you are not alone in what you’re feeling. There is nothing wrong with you. You are most likely responding to something very real and very intense that either happened in the past or is still happening now. Give yourself love and compassion for what you’re going through. You are brave and you are resilient.

Here are my top 5 tips for managing and finding relief from your anxiety, right now. I hope these help, and if not, keep looking for what works! We’re all different and your answers are out there. You deserve to find them. You deserve to feel better. You are worthy of calm and peace in your life.
