Disasters strike in every area of the world, during every season, and in many different ways. Hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, fires, and tornadoes are just some examples of natural disasters.

In cases of emergencies, it is an important thing to be able to call someone for help. Adding emergency hotlines to your speed dial or even just your contacts helps with this so you wouldn’t have to search or look up their numbers and waste precious time that could cost you or another person’s life.

There are many occasions when there isn't enough time or notice to prepare. That's why it's a good idea to start planning now! These hotline numbers are just one call away in events where you are in desperate need of help or assistance from them.

Home 🏡 is the space that usually makes you feel safe and at peace the most. However, there are some uncalled circumstances such as disasters that affect us personally to the point where we have no choice but to leave the comfort of our homes and move to somewhere more safe in order to protect ourselves 🧍🏽‍♀️🧍🏽‍♂️

We believe that preparing everything before an actual disaster happens is better than not knowing what to do when faced with the actual event. Here are some lists of Evacuation Centers that you can go to in case a disaster happens in your area 📃. As the saying goes, “It’s better to be safe, than to be sorry”.

🧡We all want to be safe when there’s a disaster! That’s why an evacuation center is the best solution for us to always be safe!🧡

In our everyday lives, we often use acronyms in our daily informal communication with our peers. Words such as "TBH", "ASAP", "JGH", "AFAIK", "WDYM", and many other more are prime examples of acronyms that are used in text messages 📱

It is no secret that it is easier to remember acronyms as compared to full-on terminology like "NASA" and "PAG-ASA". This is because acronyms are shorter and easier to memorize 💡

"Our country has gone through several natural disasters and it’s a miracle that our land still stands strong enough. Those miracles would not be enough without the continuous efforts of society to keep individuals and establishments safe from disasters."

If there's something we surely have no match with, it's fighting with natural disasters ⛈🌪 These events are surely unbeatable and it's a tragedy that we cannot do anything to stop them.

But the thing is, though it's unbeatable, we can always prepare ourselves in advance. Like how the saying goes "prevention is better than cure" 👩🏽‍⚕️ It is truly better and smarter to prepare beforehand rather than to panic when a disaster does occur.
