🎧DELTA - ARTIST SPOTLIGHT

Hailing from Birmingham, Delta is a dubstep producer and DJ rapidly cementing his place in the global bass music landscape. Known for his deep, meditative sound rooted in a dynamic and hard hitting sound, Delta’s productions carry weight and precision—earning him countless releases on respected labels such as and His work has seen multiple vinyl pressings over the past year alone, reflecting both his prolific output and demand among vinyl selectors.

🎧 COMP BE - ARTIST SPOTLIGHT

Multi-genre DJ and producer based in Leicester, UK – Comp Be is a name deeply connected through music with an unwavering commitment to pushing the underground dubstep and bass movement – consistently championing artists who live and breathe the culture. His sets blend deep dubstep, grime, and UK bass shaped by a soundsystem upbringing that began at age 16 and continues to fuel his craft.

A core part of his journey has been his passion for building the underground radio scene – investing countless hours into cultivating spaces where new and established talent can thrive. He holds a residency on North London’s legendary .london one of grime and bass music’s most respected stations, further cementing his presence and influence in the UK’s wider underground network. His dedication has been key in helping Leicester’s own radio and scene grow volunteering in scheduling/operations for this past year!

He has supported a powerful list of artists including & & as a duo for Sicaria Sound .mnk and while also repping at major events like Outlook Origins Festival. As a producer, he’s landed releases on respected imprints
and bringing a raw and personal sound to the 140 and grime spheres.

With a deep love for the soundsystem culture that Heavy Red Sounds brings, it only made sense to partner up and deliver something special — blending his experience in events with a shared vision for representing grassroots, Midlands-born energy. The result is Deeper Sounds: happening June 6th at Leicester.

I can’t wait to go B2B with rising talent Brusca for the very first time. This night is my way of giving back to the scene I’ve helped build over the last 7 years — through radio, community, sound, and vision. A tribute to the culture that shaped me, and one I will continue to shape in return.

🎧 BRUSCA - ARTIST SPOTLIGHT

When we talk about pushing the next generation of underground selectors forward, Brusca is exactly what we mean. Rooted in both the Leeds and Leicester scenes, she’s already proving herself as a serious homegrown force talent— not just behind the decks, but across every layer of underground culture!

She made her debut at the last Deeper Sounds event — and from that very first set, it was clear she was bringing something special. Her tune selections were razor sharp, her ear for doubles was instinctive, and her energy behind the decks showed a clear understanding of the crowd and the moment. That performance alone made her a no-brainer for this next one.

Brusca has also been active in pushing women-led, grassroots energy through her involvement in events like the x Rudegyal Studios collab continuing to build bridges across scenes.

But her contributions go far beyond the decks. Brusca is the founder of — a creative agency and event platform that’s been responsible for a ridiculous amount of poster and flyer design work across the UK underground. From grassroots raves to full-scale club nights, her design style is instantly recognisable and deeply rooted in sound system and DIY culture. She designed the entire visual identity for this very event and absolutely smashed it — taking the concept and pushing it far beyond anything I imagined. Her design work is just as vital to the scene as her selections.

Brusca is a multi-talented creative: selector, designer, promoter, and scene-builder. Everything she does is intentional, rooted in passion, and delivered with care and it shows in both her sets and her visuals.

I’m buzzing to go b2b with her for the first time ever at Comp Be ❌ Heavy Red Sounds presents: Deeper Sounds, our collab event welcoming Neffa-T to Leicester on June 6th. This event is all about platforming homegrown talent, uplifting women in the scene, and creating space for the creatives who give so much back to underground culture.

Brusca is the embodiment of that energy and this b2b is going to be something special.

🎤 COLA B - ARTIST SPOTLIGHT

Birmingham’s own Cola B is an unstoppable force in the UK underground a multi-genre MC with undeniable charisma, sharp lyricism, and stage presence that commands attention. With a mic in her hand, she brings confidence, energy and authenticity and it’s no surprise she started rapping at just 4 years old.

Cola B has been steadily tearing up the UK scene, recently gracing stages at major events including her performance at Birmingham Pride recently for as well a number of festival appearances including shows at with sharing line-ups with names like and Her powerful performances have also made waves on radio on and radio show with on not to mention notably her guest appearance on Kindred Radio for a Sexy Lady Massive takeover, showcasing her dynamic flow and presence across the airwaves. With an arsenal of releases under her belt as wordsmith writer there’s plenty more on the horizon and very exciting to see her career evolve to new heights. Representing the East Midlands and residing in Northampton, is a selector whose depth, creativity, and unapologetic energy have made her one of the most exciting DJs to emerge from the midlands and has been a cornerstone to the Leicester scene for some time now. Her sets, full of weighty basslines, high energy blends with genre-spanning selections are a guaranteed shelling every time 💣

A key contributor to radio Skesa has used the platform not only to showcase her own sound but to elevate the voices of other underground artists. Her presence has also been deeply felt in Nottingham’s thriving music scene, where she’s become a standout talent, earning her respect across dancefloors, airwaves, and behind the scenes.

She’s shared stages with an impressive lineup of major names in her career including, Shy FX, Flava D, Bou, Interplanetary Criminal, Bakey, Hypho, Main Phase, Crystal Clear, Dr Dubplate, Frost, Big Ang, and Silva Bumpa. Her range and versatility behind the decks are matched by her precise selections and instinctive ability to read and command a crowd.

Beyond DJing, Skesa is also an incredibly creative visual artist through her graffiti and mirrors the raw energy she brings to every set. Her multidimensional artistry makes her an exciting force in the underground music scene right now.

🎧 SHAN - ARTIST SPOTLIGHT

Leicester born and bred, .uk_ is a powerhouse behind the decks, known for her gritty, bass-heavy selections and meticulous razor-sharp blends. Now based in Manchester, she’s been steadily building her name in a bigger territory — but her roots run deep, and her influence in Leicester’s underground scene remains undeniable.

A true pioneer for women in Leicester’s music scene, .uk_ helped carve out space for female and non-binary talent in a historically male-dominated landscape. From her early days pushing local club nights to now holding a residency on North London’s iconic grime station .london, she’s always brought representation to the forefront.

Her growing presence in the Manchester scene has seen her become an active part of the scene recently going b2b with on radio. She’s also been making waves through appearances on .radio and performed the first launch night for .mcr which I personally attended so worth checking that one — a platform known for spotlighting the North’s next-up underground artists.

She’s shared stages with an impressive list of heavyweights including Sir Spyro, Kahn & Neek, Sammy Virji, Sully, 4am Kru, Sir Hiss, Girls Don’t Sync, Sicaria Sound, Hedex, Dr.Dubplate, Flowdan and Frost, to name a few — all while holding her own with undeniable energy and selections that run deep.

Belgium Born, UK based Ivy Low has been tearing up the underground bass/Dubstep scene supporting the likes of Squarewave, Leftlow, J-Kenzo, Obskure, Sukh Knight, Riz La Teef, and Bushbaby. Known for her high-energy, genre-blending sets, with a deep connection to sound system culture.
