Friends,
The last few weeks have been very hard for everyone involved with the show. As you may know, our dear friend and co-host, Corbet Hall, passed away suddenly at the end of July. For the last few weeks we have been trying to come to terms with this sudden loss and decide what we wanted to do with the show. After much thought, we decided that trying to continue the show as The Last Splash just wouldn't be possible and that it would be best if we closed the book on the show as it was. The good news is, a new show will eventually take its place involving some of the familiar voices you've come to know through The Last Splash. Before we said goodbye though, we wanted to record one more show as a special tribute to Corbet and to all the fun we've had over the last 3 years with The Last Splash. We hope you'll tune in this Friday, August 31st at 11 p.m. as we pay tribute to our friend through the thing that was most important to him, music. Thank you for your support during this tough time, and for your support of the show over the last few years. It's been tons of fun and there have been lots of great memories and great tunes. Keep an eye out for the new show and join us on Friday night to say goodbye to The Last Splash.
