Germany remains one of the most sought-after Schengen destinations, with visa application data revealing that China submitted the highest number of applications in 2024, totaling 263,088. Of those, 253,505 were approved, resulting in a high acceptance rate of 96.4%.🇩🇪 🇨🇳

🇹🇷 Türkiye followed with 215,506 applications and 170,260 visas issued, reflecting an acceptance rate of around 79%. 🇮🇳 India submitted 142,955 applications, with 126,812 approvals (88.7%).
Meanwhile, 🇪🇬 Egypt filed 52,442 applications and received 41,449 visas, and 🇧🇾 Belarus submitted 51,841 applications, with 50,459 approved—one of the highest approval rates among the top countries.
