A new state law requires all officeholders earning over $5,000/year to have an active campaign finance committee open during their term—even if you’re not campaigning. You can no longer close your committee while serving your term in office.

📄 If you don’t currently have a committee open, you must file a CFA-1 by Friday, July 11, 2025 at noon.
