Brighton quartet The Stanford Family Band will play DedFest 2025 at Crockstead Fields in Lewes on Saturday 16th August 🔥

Endearingly old-fashioned yet somehow completely of their time, The Stanford Family Band wear influences such as The Beach Boys and The Modern Lovers on their vintage sleeves. Last year, the four-piece released their stellar debut EP, ‘For Your Listening Pleasure’, through tastemaker favourites Goo Records (whose releases to date include Welly, Canned Pineapple, Owners Club, Jopy and The Roebucks). Brimming with songs that combine dreamy four-part harmonies with disarmingly memorable melodic hooks, the six-song collection earned glowing praise from EARMILK, Louderthanwar, Atwood Magazine and more. Armed with a live set that’s tailor-made to soundtrack good times, The Stanford Family Band have supported Steve Mason of The Beta Band and 60s icons Love at Concorde 2, and recently appeared at Homegrown Festival and toured the UK alongside Bananagun.
