bit.ly/4la3FYQ As a girl, Lindsey Roberson went to Camp Mystic, on the banks of Guadalupe River in Texas — and this summer, she was happy that both her daughters were campers there, too.

Her daughters, 17-year-old Riley and 13-year-old Molly, were on senior hill at Camp Mystic on the Fourth of July as deadly floodwaters started to rise.

The girls were successfully evacuated, but it was Roberson, her 15-year-old son, Jack, and her husband, Phillip, who had to survive their own ordeal back home in Ingram about seven miles away. They lost their dream home and plan to rebuild.

Here, Roberson shares her story of narrow escape from the rushing river: "I do not know what happened for me to survive. My kids are embarrassed that I'm telling people I'm a miracle.” | 📷: Aaron Yates

UPDATE: Jordan Bowers was not released today from the Washington Corrections Center For Women in Purdy.

She is expected to be released from prison once DOC officials find a half-way house to take her.

She was previously scheduled to go to a half-way house in Port Orchard but her time in prison was extended so the bed was taken by someone else.

She will not be going to that half-way house.

Sources say her fiance' flew in from Minnesota and was waiting for her outside the prison today. I am told the two of them met through another inmate.

Oakley Carlson’s biological mom, Jordan Bowers, is being released today from the Washington Corrections Center For Women in Purdy.

I will be interviewing Grays Harbor County Sheriff Darrin Wallace live on Seattle News Tonight starting at 4 pm today on Fox 13.

Plus, I will share some exclusive information about Jordan’s time behind bars and personal plans she’s made once released.

Tomorrow, I’m interviewing Jamie Jo Hiles, the loving foster mom who raised Oakley until the state forced her to give Oakley to Jordan and Andrew Carlson.

Both are suspect’s in Oakley’s disappearance and refuse to cooperate with detectives.

A Texas man died trapped inside his burning Cybertruck after crashing in Baytown, unable to escape when the vehicle lost electric power.

His family is suing Tesla for over $1 million, claiming the truck is “defectively designed” because doors can’t open manually after electrical failure.

The lawsuit alleges Tesla failed to provide adequate warnings or training for post-crash escapes.

This isn’t an isolated incident, multiple Cybertruck accidents have raised safety concerns about the vehicle’s design and repairability.

While EVs meet standard safety requirements, some owners are installing DIY emergency escape systems as precautionary measures.
