長期照顧者，像是星空裡孤單的星。
有沒有一片星雲，在星星誕生的瞬間，接住每個遇到困難的家庭？

「星雲計劃」是由台灣最大的照顧者社群「愛長照」，於 2023 年推出的家庭照顧者支持計劃，目前已陪伴 700 多個家庭面對照顧問題與壓力。

此計畫今年也參與數位部「公益創新・徵案100」，成功進入第三階段，將參與以平方募資為核心的提案徵選。

愛長照希望跨出長照同溫層，讓長照議題面對的現況能給更多人知道。星雲計劃與 FAB DAO 行動客廳合作，希望以 NFT 為載體，將長期照顧者的多元樣態、困境與孤獨，結合募資行動、進行更立體的訴說。
