Ingredients:
Ribeye steak
Red Argentinian shrimp
Zucchini
Onions(optional)
Broccoli
mushrooms(optional)
Dark soy sauce or regular soy sauce
White pepper
Salt
Black pepper
Cornstarch
Sesame oil
Oyster sauce (optional)
Chili garlic sauce (optional)
Kimichi (optional side dish)
Instructions:
1. Chop all vegetables into bite sized pieces
2. Marinate shrimp in salt, pepper, oyster sauce and chili garlic sauce.
3. Velvet beef in 3 TBSP of cornstarch dark soy sauce, white pepper, and water. Let marinate for 1 hour.
4. Heat up pan/wok on high heat and add 1 TBSP of sesame oil. Fry off steak and remove. Then add shrimp and set to the side.
5. Add more sesame oil and cook all vegetables until softened. Add dark soy sauce, salt and pepper.
6. Add in steak and shrimp, season with salt pepper and white pepper to taste. Incorporate throughly.

I know it’s April fools day but this is not a joke when I say I am returning back to giving recipes consistently. I had a rough patch in life but I’ve learned and now I know I have to steel myself with getting this content out. I got a lot of oldies but they’re still Goldies!
