I'm not a musician or a singer but that's not what this post is about ... I wrote this song (youTube link below) in 2016 when I had lost my nephew Jason. After a long battle with PTSD depression and addiction my nephew made a decision that ended his life. The song just was a way to express how I felt and what I wanted him to know but couldn't tell him. This year for my birthday fundraiser I want to raise money for scuicide prevention. I hope the song helps to show also the pain and confusion a scuicide brings to the loved ones of the individual. I don't think anyone should ever have to feel so lost that they make a decision to end their life. please donate or share and see if we can make some money for this organization link to organization will be in the comments

This is just another song I wrote for Jason a bit later when I had processed everything and wanted to express how he will never be forgotten.. When he was young he always said his favorite things to eat for dinner were" shicken and sghetty"(chicken and spaghetti) so the song is called shicken and sghetti
