This morning, I was sitting at the base of the tree for one hour and fourty-five minutes before daylight. That’s what it’s like hunting turkeys in Florida on public land. Unfortunately, once again one of my hunts was interrupted by a hiker who was walking his dog through a creek bottom, yelling at him the whole time. As much as I love the public land grind and posting YouTube videos to encourage other “regular folks” like me to get out there and be successful, I’m pleased to announce I will be hunting on private property this upcoming season. Hopefully I’ll be able to produce more and higher quality content for you guys!

I wish YouTube was around when I started turkey hunting. It sure would have helped me a lot. I had to do a lot of reading and years of failures to figure it out. I didn’t have anyone to show me. I was self taught. Now, I love to teach others how to turkey hunt.
