Hi Wazirka.

Water is a basic necessity for life, yet residents of Bula Jai, Kutulo faces a severe shortage of water. The lack of a proper water supply affects people's health and their daily activities.

For almost years they are experiencing water shortages. Imagine just to get drinking water they opted to go for the nearby Masjid to get some, which may not be enough to get thirst out of them.

All this hotness and scorching sun of nowadays, they don't have water for cooking, cleaning and other personal hygienes, lots of hardship for women and children there

Therefore, we request the government’s support in providing a sustainable water source for this people.
A government-supported water supply or construction of water pipeline supply will help and improve health, hygiene, and overall development in the Bula. We humbly request immediate action to ensure a better future for our community.

Hi Wazirka.

Tension brewing between Rer Elben and Hussein Abdi Bare as Ksh 32M allocated in the ward under the Kerra projects all given to Yussuf Indabur (HAB’s in-law) against deserving genuine contractors from the ward.

This is the third Financial year that all projects done in the ward under the Kerra funding are all done by HAB’s immediate in-laws with nothing left for Rer Elben Ward. Wanameza mate.

Rer Elben have vowed to petition KERRA and the MP for the flawed procurement process and subsequently stopped all the projects from implementation.

Listed below are the KeRRA projects and the monies of each road attached .

1. Mansa -Ogorale Road- kshs 7,613,212.70
2. Ogorale - Burmayo Road - Kshs 3,777,886.26
3. Tarbaj- Elben - Mansa Road - Kshs 7,136,784.05
4. Mansa - Kutulo Road - Kshs 4,187,600
5. Ogorale - Burmayo Road - Kshs 9,649,580.63
Grand total of Elben ward Road projects
Kshs 32,365,063.64.

Let’s see how this end. Elben have been turned into cash cow grounds for the seating MP. Some of these projects were not done or done properly while full payments made for the same.
