*Mohammed Shami shares pic with PM Modi after World Cup loss to Australia*

After India lost to Australia in the World Cup final, Mohammed Shami tweeted a picture taken inside the dressing room with Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Alongside, he expressed his gratitude to the fans for their unwavering support and assured them that the team would ‘bounce back’ stronger.

“Unfortunately yesterday was not our day. I would like to thank all Indians for supporting our team and me throughout the tournament. Thankful to PM for specially coming to the dressing room and raising our spirits. We will bounce back!” wrote Shami while sharing a picture on X. The picture shows Prime Minister Narendra Modi comforting Shami inside the dressing room.
