As a SAHM I find working out at home to the best option for me for so many reasons. Costs, childcare, gym anxiety, etc. so I have a few dumbbells and a treadmill at the moment but will aquire more equipment in time. Until then though, I will work with what I have and it's just as effective as it would be on a big machine at the gym. The key is consistency, something I am learning and have not mastered by a long shot but I will get there! Don't let the idea that you have to be in a gym or even using any equipment at all to get a good workout, stop you from exercising and reaching your goals! 🥰💪
