Sales lesson of the week:
Before a prospect enters into a sales conversation with you, they already have a bias/ perspective on whatever it is we are selling.

And the bias or perspective they have isn’t necessarily strong or deep. What we mean here is a prospect might already have a perspective on our product but it might not be necessarily deep, meaning he might have some idea but there is no conclusion yet.

We are basically telling them na may punto sila, na tama sila. We are making them feel smart and right.

At the same time, it feels as if we are WITH them and not against them.
