The prosecutor that was over an assault that happened to me in 2020. Who refused to prosecute the second assailant and was only going to charge the one that stomped in my face with a misdemeanor. I had to fight they both needed up with first degree assault with weapon. Grand jury indicted both. The first Major Ricw sent death threats to me after I moved to Red Bay. When I filed charges I was informed Ben Gardner the prosecutor from Sheffield is the judge here. Therefore he could not preside over the case. He would not recuse himself. Also everything they could do to prevent the charges they tried. I had to file recusal papers. Then Red Bay refused to transport him for trial. It took one year and me recording proof that it was them who were refusing to bring Major to trial. Then the female Ashlii Perry sent death threats. Again my recusal papers still apply. She was the one he refused to charge at all. The Sheriff’s dept finally filed the charges. The attorney general sent me to them. The prosecutor made a plea deal and I said ok. Then Ashlii never showed back up for court. That was in 2022. Since then Red Bay has refused to pick her up on the warrant. Even when she was at the courthouse. They both were sentenced for the beating. That was Jan 2023. Lately I have been harassed by their friends. The plea deal they accepted requires them to have no contact whatsoever with me. I was told by the DA’s office to file a police report with Red Bay. They told me no officer could take my report. To write everything down. I took a copy to the DA. After 3 days I called Red Bay PD to ask why an officer had not called me. I was told they were busy. I was also told Ashlii had been picked up in Jan. That they had trial and it was settled. I was told she was in jail here until fine was paid. Sentence without plea deal was 6 months and a 500.00 fine. She could not begin the plea deal until the court was paid 550.00. The court clerk told me see worked off her time at 45.00 a day. You are only given credit for 15.00 a day served. The plea deal is no good unless you show and unless she paid the 550.00 up front. This is after the mayor threatened to have my landlord force me to move if I complained anymore about the storms drains causing flooding on my property. This was repaired after I posted the video on FB. Thank. I have the recordings of my conversation with the Red Bay police department, the mayor’s assistant and the court clerk.

Sheffield police harassment. Only convictions were from a su***de attempt. All the others were harassment. Until I had a recording, it was just play and repeat.

This list does not include the felony drug charge. That was also dismissed. They had no drugs, called me to the courthouse seven times with plea offers. Never ready for trial. The last they offered a misdemeanor on the plea deal. I refused, again they were not ready to go to trial. Why? They didn’t have any drugs. There was nothing in the truck. I agreed to the search because I had nothing to hide. Then I spent two nights in jail. All the trips to court. The false accusations published in these horrible publications. They publish what people are accused of. They do not tell you if they were convicted. That is cruel and destroys people’s lives.
