🚨 YOU MIGHT NOT BE A CITIZEN (OR A VOTER) BY ELECTION DAY: Here are just Two of the many Fronts of War on Your Rights.
A coordinated attack on our fundamental rights is happening right now. Think your vote and citizenship are safe? Read this.

🔴 FRONT 1: The Citizenship Crisis
Yesterday’s SCOTUS hearing (Trump v. Barbara) put the 14th Amendment on trial. The administration is arguing a President can end birthright citizenship via Executive Order—bypassing the Constitution.
Why it matters: If they can erase 150 years of equal protection by decree, they can legally target any group next.

🔴 FRONT 2: The Voting Barrier
The proposed SAVE America Act demands “strict proof” of citizenship to vote, creating a massive “Name-Match Trap.”

Today is . But in 2026, being “seen” is a complicated reality. While we celebrate the beauty of our community, we cannot ignore the 740+ bills currently active across 42 states aimed at our very existence.

🚩 The Reality We’re Facing:
From Maryland to Florida, politicians are trying to legislate us out of public life:
• Healthcare Under Siege: Bills like MD HB1399 and others are attempting to criminalize life-saving gender-affirming care.
• The Erasure of Identity: 19 states have passed or proposed laws to redefine “sex” in ways that legally erase trans people from existence.
• Banning Our Presence: Bathroom bans and sports restrictions are active in over 20 states, aiming to bar trans youth from simply being kids.

But here is what they can’t legislate away: Our Brilliance. ✨ The Power of the Community:
Despite the noise, we are thriving, creating, and leading:
• In the Boardroom: Trans entrepreneurs are launching ventures at record rates, proving that authenticity is the ultimate competitive advantage.
• In the Streets: We are building “Shield Laws” in 16+ states, creating sanctuaries of care and safety for the next generation.
Trans rights are not “special” rights. They are HUMAN RIGHTS. ✊🏾
