🇬🇧 British Prime Minister on Russia’s attack on Kyiv: “Putin believes he can act with impunity.”

UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer condemned Russia’s latest brutal nighttime strike on the Ukrainian capital and other cities. The attack killed civilians and damaged vital infrastructure.

Starmer stressed his outrage at the deliberate targeting of civilians, warning that such crimes show Putin’s conviction that he can strike without consequence.

❗️Posters appeared across Moscow to mark the 33rd anniversary of Ukraine’s Military Intelligence Day.

Across several districts of the Russian capital, residents awoke to see the emblem of Ukraine’s Defence Intelligence (HUR) alongside a chilling message: “Responsibility is inevitable.”

A representative of Ukraine’s Defence Intelligence added:
“After all the crimes committed by the Muscovites on our land, it’s naïve to hope they will escape deserved punishment — now or ever. Residents of Russia’s capital can clearly expect more special greetings from Ukrainian military intelligence in the near future.”

This act is more than symbolism — it is a reminder that Ukraine’s intelligence network moves unseen, striking where least expected. Moscow may try to hide behind propaganda and repression, but even in the heart of the aggressor’s capital, signs of accountability emerge.

In Mariupol, the Russian occupiers have systematically erased Ukrainian identity from public spaces.

▪️ All Ukrainian murals, monuments, and pedestals have been destroyed.
▪️ The city is being flooded with wall art of Russian tricolors, propaganda about “friendship with Russian cities,” portraits of Peter I and Catherine II, and glorification of so-called “heroes of the special military operation.”
▪️ Azovstal Street has been renamed Tula Avenue.
▪️ A new monument has even been installed—dedicated to a gingerbread and samovar, symbols of Russian culture.

According to the Mariupol City Council, these steps are deliberate acts of de-Ukrainianization—an attempt to erase national identity and impose pro-Russian narratives on the occupied city.

As of initial reports, at least two civilians are dead, including a one-year-old child, and 11 injured; some outlets later reported three killed and up to 18 injured as assessments continued. • Debris ignited a 16-story residential tower (fires on 15–16th floors) and caused fires in two other 9-story buildings.
• Vehicles burning near a service station; warehouse area also on fire.
• Darnytskyi:
• 4-story residential building with fires on 3–4th floors; 3rd floor partially destroyed.

Russia may announce another wave of mobilization. This remains a serious threat, said Kyrylo Budanov. While it would be painful for Russia, the possibility cannot be ruled out.🔶 The Kremlin is planning and even dreaming of striking Europe closer to 2030.🔶 Joint Russia–Belarus exercises do not pose a direct threat to Ukraine.🔶 Cases of cannibalism exist in the Russian army due to hunger — Budanov recalled one instance when a captured Russian soldier had to be guarded by his own cellmates.
