It’s never good news to learn of an injury. We here at Card Subject to Change wish Cole a speedy recovery and look forward to his return to the ring.

2025 was a fantastic year for me. I pi**ed a lot of people off and had a whole lot of fun doing it. Finishing the year as the APW Heavyweight Champion had me extremely excited for 2026.

Unfortunately, I won’t be competing in 2026.

After many doctor visits, X-rays, and MRIs, I was given the news that I kicked way to much ass in 2025 and have suffered a bucket-handle meniscus tear in my right knee that will require surgery.

As for the APW Heavyweight Championship, a decision has been made, and all parties agree that it is best for me to relinquish the title. Absolute Pro Wrestling - APW will make further announcements regarding the future of the APW Championship.

Recovery will be long. My return will be even longer.
